Books will be shipped with 7 working days of receipt of payment.
Risk : The risk shall pass over to the customer as soon as the products are handed over to the shipping agent, carrier or the person or institution appointed to deliver the products. Should a consignment not have been received one month following the order date at the latest, you must inform us by mail. In case of mistaken deliveries or defectiveness, you must inform us of the return of the product. In any other case, the customer shall bear all risks of returning the product.
