Sayuri NAITO
I (b.1978) live and work in Tokyo Japan. I started working as a freelance photographer since 2001. I was won the Konica-Minolta Photo Premio Competition of 2005. In 2009 I published my first photo book "PONTE 25 DE ABRIL" from TOSEISHA. In the same year I exhibited "PONTE 25 DE ABRIL" as one of selected photographers participated in the exhibition "Contemporary Japanese Photography vol8 -VOYAGE-"at Tokyo Metropolitan Museum of Photography and also participated in the Musee du quai Branly's photo biennale project held at Maison de la culure du Japon a Paris (The Japan Cultural Institute in Paris). In 2010 my work traveled to Portugual where I had a exhibition in Leira as part of "The 150th Anniversary of the Peace Friendship and Trade Treaty between Portugal and Japan (1860-2010) " project. |
